Before Aiden there is RaiseMedia, the agency I run. For two years we kept Google Business Profiles by hand: finding the right queries, services, copy, photos, replies to reviews, watching for edits made by third parties. Listing after listing, the method settled.
What a listing really asks for
A Google listing is not a form you fill in once. It is a shop window that moves: Google adds sections, customers leave reviews, strangers suggest wrong opening hours, a competitor posts a photo that sells. A listing left alone does not break overnight, it slides. Fewer recent photos, reviews without an answer, services that no longer say what you actually do. And one day the call that should have reached you goes next door.
Keeping a listing is weekly work. Look at what changed, reply, publish, fix, start again. At the agency that work took one person for a handful of listings. That is exactly what Aiden does, and why it had to be an employee rather than one more piece of software to open.
The method, turned into an employee
Aiden does every week what a team used to do every month, on your listing, within the frame you give him:
- he reads your market: the queries that bring customers, what competitors show, what is missing on your side;
- he prepares: services, description, posts, replies to reviews by your rules;
- he asks before anything that commits you, and you approve in one WhatsApp message;
- he watches: opening hours, details edited by third parties, new reviews, and he restores what needs restoring.
Name, primary category, address, phone number: never without your explicit go-ahead. Everything he writes is logged and visible.
What we observed
More than 400 listings supported by RaiseMedia, and 80% of them reached the Local Pack, the three results shown at the top of Google with the map. That is an internal observation on past results, not a guarantee: every market has its competitors and its seasons. It is, however, the reason we wanted to make this method available at a price that is not an agency's.
The most honest way to show it
On the site I put side by side the same listing left alone, then run by Aiden. No promise, no rising curve: one listing before, one listing after, and you judge.
The first beta testers are invited in small groups, in order of sign-up, and the trial is free. If you run a Google listing and have no time to look after it, leave your address on the home page: I write to you myself.
