Terms of service

Last updated 16 September 2026.

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and RaiseMedia, the sole proprietorship of Elroy Sitbon, registered at 4 rue Bellanger, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France (SIRET 940 113 723 00032). By creating an account or using AidenSEO you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.

2. The service

AidenSEO is an online service that maintains, improves and watches over a business's Google Business Profile. Once your listing is connected, Aiden reads what Google shows, compares it with what you decided, proposes improvements, writes and publishes content, replies to reviews under the rules you set, and warns you when a third party changes your listing.

We improve the service continuously and may add, change or remove features, in particular when Google changes its platform. We will not remove an essential feature of a paid plan without at least 30 days' notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and a login cannot be shared between several people.

Access to the service is by invitation. An invitation is personal and cannot be passed on.

4. Connecting your Google listing

To act on your listing, you authorise AidenSEO to access your Google Business Profile through Google's authorisation mechanism. You must be the owner or an authorised manager of the listing you connect. You can withdraw this authorisation at any time, from AidenSEO or from your Google account; Aiden then stops acting on the listing immediately.

The access tokens to your Google account are encrypted at rest and are never displayed. The service remains subject to Google's terms and to its rules for business profiles, which you undertake to respect.

5. What Aiden does on your listing, and what it never does

Depending on the settings you choose, Aiden may read your listing, propose an improved version, write or update the description and the services, publish posts and photos, reply to reviews, and restore a piece of information that a third party changed.

Some actions are proposed to you and wait for your approval before being published. Others are carried out on their own, only for the types of action you have allowed. Every write to your listing is read back afterwards and recorded in a journal you can consult.

Three rules do not depend on any setting:

  • Aiden never writes a price, a promise or a commitment that does not appear on your website or that you have not given it. The facts come from you.
  • The name, primary category, address and phone number of your listing are never changed without an explicit action on your part.
  • A reply to a negative review is never published without your approval, unless you have expressly enabled autonomy for that case.

6. Content produced with the help of artificial intelligence

The texts, review replies and images produced by the service may be generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence models. They are made for you, from your information, and you can review and correct them before or after publication according to your settings.

You remain the publisher of what appears on your listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for compliance with Google's rules and with the law applicable to content published in your name. If a published piece of content looks inaccurate or inappropriate to you, you can remove or change it at any time, and we help you do so.

7. Changes made by third parties

Google may change your listing from user suggestions or from its own sources, and it applies those changes before informing the owner. AidenSEO detects these changes, warns you and can restore the version you had decided. We shorten the time during which wrong information stays visible; we can neither prevent Google from applying it nor guarantee a detection delay, which depends on Google's notifications.

8. No guarantee of results

Rankings, views, calls and enquiries received by your business depend on factors we do not control, starting with Google's decisions and the behaviour of your competitors. We guarantee no position, no level of visibility and no commercial result.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to connect only listings you own or are mandated to manage, not to use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content, not to circumvent Google's rules, not to overload our infrastructure or a third party's, not to reverse engineer the service and not to resell it without written agreement.

We may suspend an account that endangers the service, other customers or a third party's listing, telling you why.

10. Trials, plans and billing

A free trial has an end date, shown in your workspace. It requires no payment method. When the trial ends we contact you about what comes next; access to the service may be suspended until a plan is chosen, without loss of your data during the retention period described in the privacy policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider, under the terms shown at the time of subscription. You can cancel at any time, with no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and the period already started is not refunded, except where the law requires it. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, never during a period already paid for.

11. Your content and your data

You keep every right to the content and data you bring to AidenSEO, and to your Google listing. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, display and publish them on your listing in order to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models offered to other customers.

You can export your data at any time and delete your workspace, which removes the access to your listing and triggers deletion on the schedule described in the privacy policy. What has been published on your Google listing stays on your listing: keeping or removing it is up to you.

12. Our intellectual property

The service, its interface, its documentation, its methods and the underlying software remain our property. These terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your plan, and nothing more.

13. Availability and support

We aim for high availability, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no service level commitment unless stated otherwise in an enterprise contract. The service depends on Google's interfaces: their unavailability or change may suspend some functions without engaging our liability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, revenue, customers or visibility, nor for decisions taken by Google about your listing, including a suspension. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may terminate with immediate effect in case of a serious breach of section 9. On termination your right of use ends, the access to your listing is removed and your data follows the retention schedule of the privacy policy.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine, France), without prejudice to the mandatory protections consumers enjoy in their country of residence.

17. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in the application, and using the service after they take effect counts as acceptance.
