1. Who we are

AidenSEO is operated by RaiseMedia, the sole proprietorship of Elroy Sitbon, registered at 4 rue Bellanger, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, under SIRET 940 113 723 00032. In this policy, "we", "us" and "AidenSEO" refer to that entity, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described below.

For any question about this policy or about your data, write to support@raisemedia.fr.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the marketing website, the AidenSEO application and the emails we send you. It does not cover third party websites you reach from our links, which run their own policies.

3. Data we collect

Data you give us. Your name, email address, company name and any content you type into a form, a support message or the application itself.

Data we collect automatically. Basic technical information sent by your browser: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view. We use a privacy friendly analytics tool that does not set advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites.

Data from your Google listing. When you connect your Google Business Profile, we receive an access token from Google, which we encrypt and never display, and we read what you explicitly authorise: the listing details (name, categories, address, hours, description, services, photos), the reviews and your replies, the changes Google reports, and the listing statistics (views, calls, direction requests). We keep a history of the versions of your listing and a journal of every write the service makes to it, so that we can show you what changed and restore it. You can revoke that access at any time from your settings or from your Google account; the token is then deleted.

Content produced for you. The texts and images generated for your listing, and the information you give us to produce them, are kept in your workspace. They may be generated by artificial intelligence model providers, to which we send only what the generation needs, never your access tokens.

4. Why we process it

  • To provide the service you asked for: reading your Google listing, publishing on it what you approved or allowed, detecting third-party changes and producing your reports.
  • To bill you and to meet our accounting obligations.
  • To send service messages such as security notices, invoices and product changes.
  • To send marketing emails, only where you opted in, with a working unsubscribe link in every message.
  • To keep the service secure, detect abuse and debug failures.

Our legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, your consent for marketing and optional analytics, our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, and our legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We share data with the processors we need to run the service: hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing and error monitoring. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement and may only process your data on our instructions. We never sell personal data, and we never share it with advertising networks.

We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

6. Where we store it

Data is stored inside the European Economic Area. Where a processor operates outside it, the transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep it

Workspace data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion, so that an accidental deletion can be reversed. Invoices are kept for the period required by accounting law. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.

8. Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before.

Write to support@raisemedia.fr and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

9. Cookies

We set a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in, a cookie that remembers your language, and a cookie that records your choice in our consent banner. Analytics runs only after you accept it. No advertising or cross site tracking cookie is ever set.

10. Changes

We update this page when the service changes. Material changes are announced by email or in the application at least 14 days before they take effect, and the date at the top always reflects the last revision.
